Right now, the only way to use Chrome extensions on Android is to use an alternative browser like Kiwi Browser or Yandex Browser ,which is based on the  Chromium browser engine. Last month(April), Kiwi Browser became an open-source project, that allowing other developers to see and use the code to get extensions support for all Android Browser. Now Kiwi Browser and Samsung working together to bring extensions support for all Chromium-based Android browser.
